All customers will continue to be covered under the original terms and conditions in their contracts for the remainder of their contract terms, but as of August 13, 2018, all service under those contracts will be provided through OneGuard. On and after August 13, 2018, please direct all of your service requests to OneGuard at 1-844-482-7394 or www.oneguardhw.com . If your service request was initiated by Allied before August 13, 2018, Allied will finish the work. Will I still have access to my online Allied account or to the Allied call center? Yes, until August 13, 2018. As of August 13, 2018, you will no longer have access to your Allied account or the Allied call center, and you will need to direct all of your inquiries to OneGuard at 1-844-482-7394 or www.oneguardhw.com . Will I be able to renew at the end of my contract term? At the end of your contract term, you will be able to continue coverage as a customer under a new OneGuard home warranty. Before then, you will receive information directly from OneGuard about warranty terms and pricing for your OneGuard home warranty. What should I do if I am on a recurring payment plan (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually?) You won’t need to do anything. Allied Home Warranty customers can remain on their recurring payment plans. Your payment method will transition to OneGuard and continue based on your current billing schedule. No changes will be made to your billing schedule unless you choose to make a change by contacting OneGuard.
